Message from the Chairman

There are important developments in economic and social areas in our country. In this regard, as an entrepreneurial, innovative and visionary group of companies that build the future, we set long-term goals, develop sustainable business models and adapt our strategies to new opportunities.

While celebrating the 100th anniversary of our Republic, I am proud to share that Izdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. is taking strong steps towards its goals for a more solid future.

We listed Izdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. on the stock exchange with a successful public offering in late 2023. We decided to use most of the resources we obtained from the public offering in the "Solar Energy Systems" investment in order to diversify the company's energy resources.

Radical steps need to be taken in energy not only to combat climate change, but also to ensure that humans and living beings continue to live in the future and to secure the sustainability of life on this planet. With our approach of focusing on renewable energy, a decision was made to invest in a solar power plant with a total installed power of 75 megawatts of electricity in the Salihli district of Manisa, and the investment in the first phase, 24 megawatts, continues.

As Izdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., we know that we have a great responsibility towards our country and we aim for a sustainable future with awareness of this responsibility. We will continue to work, produce and stand by our country with our knowledge, skills, industrial infrastructure, technological power and most importantly our human resources.

I would like to thank all our shareholders, business partners, and all our colleagues who work with endless dedication under all circumstances and whose support we have always felt by our side during this process.
