Selim Şahin, who was born in 1976 in Dörtyol district of Hatay province, graduated from Pace University of New York City Business Administration in 1999. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. between 17.10.2005 and 15.05.2006, as a Member of the Executive Board between 15.05.2012 and 05.06.2013, and as a Member of the Board of Directors between 05.06.2013 and 14.05.2014. While he has been serving here as a member of the Executive Board since 04.07.2022, Selim Şahin is also a member of the Executive Board at Şahin Şirketler Grubu A.Ş.

Mahmut Nedim Koç, born in Şanlıurfa in 1965, worked in the manufacturing and trading of Iron and Steel products between 1986 and 1993, and after Koç Haddecilik Teks. İnş. ve Tic. A.Ş., for which he is a founding partner and administrator, he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2004. He was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dagi Yatırım Holding A.Ş. in March 2012. He is also the Eros Tekstil İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hacı Eyyüp KOÇ Foundation, İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. and İDÇ Maritime Industry and Trade. He also continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Eros Tekstil İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Hacı Eyyüp KOÇ Foundation and member of the Board of Directors at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. and İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş.

Born in the town of Payas, located in the Dörtyol District of Hatay province in 1962, Ahmet Baştuğ graduated from Payas High School in 1977. In 1983 he became a partner at Şahin Nakliyat, where he started his career in 1977. He worked in the transport sector until 1991 and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Atakaş – Şahin Kömür Sanayi veTicaret A.Ş., Board Member at Atakaş – Şahin Liman Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Şahin Metalurji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Born in 1954 in Derik district of Mardin province, Ahmet H. Gökdemir completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İskenderun and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1978. He started working as a freelance lawyer in Iskenderun, registered with the Hatay Bar Association in 1979. Between 1980 and 1998, he also worked as a contract attorney for the Regional Directorate of the Turkish Agricultural Equipment Institution. Attorney Ahmet H. Gökdemir, who founded the Gökdemir Law Partnership between 2000 and 2008 and continues his career in İskenderun has also served as a member of the Hatay Bar Association Board of Directors and Discipline Board and the contract attorney for Sümerbank/Oyak Bank İskenderun Branch Directorates and the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund as well as an Expert and Concordat Commissioner in Civil Courts. He has been continuing his career since 2009 as an attorney registered with the Izmir Bar Association. He has served as an Independent Board Member for İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. between May 2012 and April 2018. He speaks Arabic and English.

Born in 1965, Deniz Tamer Mülayim, completed high school at İzmir Atatürk Lisesi and graduated from the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1986. As of 2020, he continues to be a partner of Teknikel Motor ve Torna Limited Şirketi, where he started off as an Administrator in July of 1987. Mr.Mülayim speaks English.
