Born in 1985 in the Dörtyol District of Hatay Province, Hüseyin Baştuğ graduated from Sabancı University Department of Management Sciences in 2007.He completed his Master's degree in Political Science at Sabancı University in 2009 and worked at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş. between 2008-2012. Inc. Serkan Şahin, who was born in 1980 in İskenderun district of Hatay province, graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2002, and completed his master's degree in Business Administration from Kent University in 2004. He served as a member of the Board of Directors between 2008 and 2012 and was appointed as a Member of the Executive Board in 2012. Serkan Şahin, who still serves as a Member of the Executive Board at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş. is also the Vice Chairman of the Board at Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., member of the Board of Directors at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. (as a Legal Entity Representative) and İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş., and a member of the Executive Board at Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş.

Selin Şahin Şekerli, born in İskenderun in 1992, graduated from Business University of Costa Rica, Department of Economics in 2021. Selin Şahin, who was appointed to the İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. as an Executive Board Member in 2020 by the İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Board of Directors Decision, is also a member of the Board of Directors at Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and an Executive Board member at Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş.

Born in Adana in 1970, Feyyaz YAZAR graduated in first place from the Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 1994. He started his career in 1995 by ranking first in the Ministry of Finance Tax Inspectors Board exam. He was appointed by a triple decree as Tax Inspector in 1998 and as Chief Tax Inspector in 2005. In 2004-2006, he achieved a double master's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the Martin Tennessee University. In 2013 he graduated from the Atılım University Faculty of Law, second in his class. He completed the two-year associate degree program in the field of “Human Resources Management” at the Anadolu University Management and Organization Department in 2022. Between 2007 and 2011, he served as Group Head in the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Finance and as the Turkish Delegate for Transfer Pricing within the OECD. He worked as Global Transfer Pricing Director at KPMG between 2011 and 2012. He holds an Attorney License, Certified Public Accountant Certificate, Corporate Governance Rating Expertise Certificate, Independent Auditor License in Capital Markets, Capital Markets Advanced Level License and Public Oversight Institution Independent Auditor Certificate and SEGEM Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate. He is an Assistant General Manager and Executive Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. and İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Also he is the Assistant General Manager Responsible for Financial Coordination at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş.
