Izdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. aims to follow a sustainable production policy focused on the environment and people, in accordance with the current legislation, its plans and targets and within the framework of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety standards, therefore the İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş Management aims to and is committed to;

  • Ensuring business continuity and security of power systems by performing planned maintenance and repairs to maintain uninterrupted and reliable production,

  • Continuous monitoring of environmental performance by setting measurable targets to minimize environmental impacts,
  • Developing strategies to reduce carbon emissions during energy production, investing in renewable energy sources within this framework, and contributing to the fight against climate change by using efficient approaches to energy production,
  • Using natural resources efficiently and correctly,
  • Reducing waste generated by operations at the source within the framework of the waste management hierarchy and reusing or recycling it if possible,
  • Creating a healthy and safe working environment with a zero work accident and zero vocational illness approach,
  • Detecting and eliminating danger, risk and near miss situations in the work environment,
  • Taking proactive measures by making necessary plans for possible emergencies,
  • Creating a culture in which safe and healthy working habits are gained and providing the necessary resources to do this;
  • Identifying OHS-related opportunities and utilizing them by integrating to our processes and practices,
  • Demonstrating an equal attitude on language, religion, nationality, race, ethnicity, age, gender, marital status, health, disability, political opinion and similar issues in all human resources processes such as training, promotion, career management, working environment, reward management and remuneration starting from the recruitment process within the framework of the principles of equality and inclusion,
